As she pushed for votes across New Hampshire, U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) brought her re-election campaign to Sig Sauer’s global headquarters and state of the art manufacturing facility today. During her visit, she held a town hall-style meeting with employees, toured the manufacturing floor, and greeted workers as they ended their shift.
Sig Sauer does not endorse political candidates, but has invited all major candidates for state and federal offices from both parties to tour its facilities and introduce themselves to employees. To date, the company has hosted several candidates from both parties running for state and federal posts. Ayotte’s opponent, Gov. Maggie Hassan (D), has indicated her desire to visit the company during the campaign, though nothing has yet been confirmed.
