PHS has successfully positioned Velcro USA (VUSA) as a leader in industrial energy efficiency and a leading energy policy voice in the business community. Today, VUSA Facilities Engineering Manager Brian Ramsey participated in the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Summit. Ramsey represented the perspective of a business user of energy during a panel discussion on the region’s energy crisis. Ramsey was joined by PSNH President Bill Quinlan and ISO-NE VP Peter Brandien on the panel.
This is the most recent example of VUSA being called on to lend its voice to the energy policy discussion. The company has joined U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen at events in NH and on Capitol Hill at her request, and regularly participates in state-level energy policy meetings.
