PHS Helping Organizations Navigate Unpredictably During COVID-19 Pandemic

Every organization is operating with uncertainty, the likes of which are unparalleled, as the nation and the world battled the COVID-19 pandemic. Much of the uncertainty centers around what actions may – or may not – be taken, and when, by local, state or federal government entities. This is especially true regarding state government actions as they pertain to stay at home orders, and the exceptions and nuances therein.

Despite state government operating remotely, and with normal governing activities on hold, PHS clients continue to benefit from the Firm’s uninterrupted ability to access decision-makers and other key stakeholders. PHS quickly adapted to the “remote” world to make sure clients were prepared to implement various orders, policy changes and guidance and provide clear, timely communication to employees. Most important, clients have been, and continue to be able to make sure the unique concerns of their organizations were and are given appropriate consideration by the Governor, regulators, and key legislators as policies evolve.
